I had my first Cryo therapy full body session at Cryo burst earlier on in the year. I was inspired to try it after reading about the benefits of Cryotherapy online in relation to muscle soreness. The experience far exceeded my expectations my body felt re-energised and I definitely got a quick feel good factor. Will be back for more.
Had my first cryo session after a long flight and serious ankle swelling (from a sport injury). Took a bit to get used to but was both invigorating and made a huge difference to the swelling and pain. Highly recommended 👌🏻

I really enjoyed my experience at CryoBurst. I decided to try cold treatment as there’s been lots of hype around it & I wanted to know what everyone has been talking about! Definitely a new experience being chilled down to -140 degrees Celsius & I have to say that I was a little worried at first. However, the staff at CryoBurst made me feel at ease, respected my privacy & were extremely professional at the same time. The three minutes of extreme coldness were over quickly but made me feel full of energy for the rest of the day. Will definitely be back for more.Came to Ice & Fire to help with recovery from gym and american football training. Had the Normatec compression and Cryo session. Felt the recovery from my aches and pains dissappear quicker than normal. Will definitely be returning for further sessions and treatments
Fantastic ice bath and managing to stay in longer each time thanks to Valerie’s exceptional support. The vitamin c shower is lovely straight afterwards too. I had a masssge today too which was exceptional as I was suffering with extremely stiff calves and thanks to Valerie’s expertise they are so much better and can’t wait to start exercising again.
Massive thanks to cryo burst. Booked in with them 2 days prior to completing my first ultra distance Spartan race. I had just finished a tough weeks training and wanted something to speed up recovery before the race. I felt great after and I’m now sold on cryotherapy as a method of recovery. The team at cryo burst are knowledgable and professional. Highly recommend using them. Duncan

Great team at Cryoburst, really make you feel at ease. The treatment is quick and very manageable, I feel refreshed immediately. Definitely had more energy since I start the course too. Look forward to my next session! Thanks guys

I met a lovely lady who explained the process and cryo treatment, she firstly applied compression leggings over my trachy bottoms, which was comfortable and relaxing, then I wore vest shorts and provided slippers and gloves, I walked into a cylinder which wet to temperatures of -140.. but didn't feel like it, however it was very cold, I was in there for 3 mins..the lady was lovely talking throughout the treatment, when I came out I felt energised.
Comparing it to a winter walk in the park.. .i was given a dressing gown and can recommend the cryo treatment..Owner response

Amazing! 10/10! The team are really knowledgeable and can answer all questions you may have! I really have felt the benefits of both the Cryomachine and the Ice Bath! 100% Recommend!
